Dee co-founded 5DCP and leads the firm's deal advisory. He has advised on more than 200 M&A transactions across buy-side and sell-side mandates and has sat on both sides of the table as a buyer, seller and advisor.

Mike co-founded 5DCP and runs origination: the off-market sourcing engine that finds businesses before they reach a broker and gets owners to the table. He has built and exited three businesses and completed six acquisitions with his own capital.

Biography
Chris Travis brings over 20 years’ experience in commercial relationships, operational leadership and strategic change. Working with 5DCP’s founders and clients, he helps clarify priorities, strengthen business operations and deliver consult-for-equity engagements. He also oversees relationship management, business engagement and negotiation within the firm’s Done For You buy-side advisory service. Previously a director at the Energy Ombudsman and 100 Percent Group, Chris combines senior leadership experience with a practical, collaborative approach to building sustainable business value.
